Occult Astrology: How the Golden Dawn Reads the Zodiac as Living Force

This is from MageSpace:

“The Golden Dawn reads the zodiac differently than the way modern astrology does. It is more than personality. It is more than horoscope. It is a map of living force. Twelve phases of how elemental energy moves through a complete cycle of transformation.

In this First Knowledge Lecture, the four elements (Fire, Earth, Air, Water) combine with the three modes (Cardinal, Fixed, Mutable) to produce the operational logic behind every sign. Aries initiates. Taurus embodies. Gemini translates. Cancer contains. Leo centers. Virgo refines. Libra equilibrates. Scorpio descends. Sagittarius extends. Capricorn structures. Aquarius perceives the pattern behind the pattern. Pisces receives what cannot be forced.

This is symbolic diagnosis, a language for reading the movement of force in ritual, in a working, in a life.”
